Olea selects promising international graduates and places them in a structured 12 to 18 months training & development pathway within a single hospitality company. Designed with our L&D partner, the system builds capability, judgment, and maturity, leading to long-term leadership roles in the same organisation upon completion.
Selection
We assess character, discipline, and potential through structured interviews and science-based tests, giving companies and graduates a clear, objective view of fit.
Formation
A tailored 12–18 month program, with our continuous academic mentorship, develops graduates inside their company, accelerating operational skills, strategic insight, and leadership maturity.
Placement
Graduates step into leadership roles faster, in areas tied to their strengths. Companies gain home-grown, culturally aligned leaders who outperform external hires.
